1. Who you are contracting with

By using SIGNA Wire, you are entering into a contract with PRIMELINK DIGITAL ONLINE SELLER, a sole establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Dubai E-Trader License No. 1603034 (Register Number: 2812389). The registered address is Flat 4302, Trade Centre 1, P.O. Box 48800, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The operator is EUGENE MALIK ABELA. These Terms are referred to as “SIGNA Wire,” “we,” or “us.” You are referred to as the “user” or “you.”

2. What SIGNA Wire is

SIGNA Wire is an automated official-source monitoring platform. It retrieves, parses, scores, and summarises filings and notices from official government and regulatory sources, and delivers them to subscribers in plain-English case file format. Sources include bodies such as the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and other official domestic and international regulatory bodies.

SIGNA Wire is an informational tool only. Its purpose is to surface public official-source data in a readable format.

3. What SIGNA Wire is not

SIGNA Wire does not provide:

• Investment advice of any kind
• Financial advice, financial planning advice, or wealth management guidance
• Legal or tax advice
• Trading recommendations or signals
• Buy, sell, or hold guidance on any financial product or security
• Price targets or price predictions
• Portfolio construction or allocation advice
• Analysis of whether a filing is positive or negative for any investment
• Guidance on whether users should act based on any case file or filing

Case files, summaries, confidence scores, and AI assistant responses on SIGNA Wire are informational only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Confidence scores reflect source corroboration and evidence strength only — they are not assessments of investment merit or risk.

Nothing on SIGNA Wire should be construed as a recommendation to take any specific investment, financial, legal, or tax action. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decision.

4. Account rules

To access SIGNA Wire, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account, allow access by third parties, or use another person’s account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account and update it if it changes. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, access limits, or plan terms.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of SIGNA Wire is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do with the platform. Key prohibitions include scraping, bypassing platform controls, republishing output as investment advice, removing source attribution, and using the AI assistant to generate regulated financial advice.

6. Subscription and billing

SIGNA Wire is offered on a subscription basis. Plans and pricing are set out on the SIGNA Wire website. A trial period may be available as described at the time of sign-up. After a trial period ends, a paid subscription begins if you have provided a valid payment method and chosen a paid plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except as set out in the withdrawal clause below, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

SIGNA Wire uses a third-party payment processor to handle billing. Payment credentials are not stored by SIGNA Wire directly.

7. Withdrawal and statutory cooling-off rights

For cancellations outside the statutory withdrawal window, the standard cancellation terms in Section 6 apply. No prorated refund is available for partial-period cancellations outside the statutory period unless required by applicable law.

8. Suspension and termination

SIGNA Wire may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law. We will endeavour to give advance notice unless immediate action is required to protect the platform, other users, or to comply with a legal obligation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@signawire.com or using account settings where that option is available. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees except where a statutory right applies.

9. Limitation of liability

SIGNA Wire is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or error-free, that case files will be complete or accurate in all respects, or that source data will be received without delay. Official source filings are retrieved from third-party systems that SIGNA Wire does not control.

10. Intellectual property

The SIGNA Wire platform, its design, software, and summaries generated by the platform are the property of PRIMELINK DIGITAL ONLINE SELLER. Underlying official source documents are public records and belong to their originating authorities. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish SIGNA Wire content outside the permitted uses in your plan without prior written consent.

11. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may update these Terms or the platform from time to time. For material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice before the updated version takes effect, by email or in-product notice. Continued use of SIGNA Wire after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may modify, add, or remove features from the platform at any time. Where a material change to the service affects your plan, we will provide reasonable notice.
